A Steadfast addition to the Cavalex Class 60 First production run range

The final addition to the Cavalex Class 60 range is 60001 “Steadfast” in as delivered condition. In addition to the wealth of accurately reproduced detail that you would expect from Cavalex Models, the model also includes the following unique features, across a custom tooling suite to replicate the unique 60001 in as delivered 1989 condition:

  • Original snowplough & buffer beam combination

  • Original style cab side windows

  • Dual exhaust outlets

  • Original multiple working socket cover

  • Custom decoration and etched details to match the prototype

- Separate “Steadfast” etched nameplates included, with etched BR double arrows & Depot Plaques

60001 is available to preorder from our retailers now, and caps off the first run of our forthcoming Class 60.

The painted samples can be seen on our stand at DEMU Showcase this weekend, as well as two examples running on Mick Bryan’s Deadmans Lane throughout the show.

The RRP of the Cavalex 60 is £194.95, with the sound models being £294.95, with an expected delivery date of late early Q1 2025.
